1. Mixing:
   • The wines are sold in boxes of 6 bottles.
   • Mixing of cardboard is authorized.
2. Delivery with “Mondial Relay”
   • The customer is responsible for choosing the relay point. If the customer wishes to change the relay point after the parcel has left = the costs of changing the relay point are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
   • When the package arrives at the relay point, the customer receives an SMS and/or an email = the package will be available for a maximum of 7 calendar days (Saturday and Sunday included). After this period, the package will be returned to the winery. Two solutions if this case arises:
     1. The customer can pay the transport costs again in order to make a new delivery.
     2. The customer can choose to be reimbursed for the amount of the wine. Once transport has taken place, transport costs will not be refunded.
   • With MONDIAL RELAY: If the package presents a problem, it is preferable that the customer ACCEPT the package then communicates the problem to the domain with photos. An amicable solution will be found between the client and the domain.
3. Home delivery
   • Delivery will take place within 8 working days from the day after the order. If you want delivery as quickly as possible, please call us and we will as best as possible depending on the situation.
   • The customer is responsible for the address entered. If an entry error implies a delivery problem, the inherent costs will be fully borne by the customer.
   • Once the delivery day has been agreed between the carrier and the customer, the latter must be present at home for the delivery. If the delivery person cannot find anyone, and he has to come back another day, the costs inherent to a new trip will be billed to the customer.
   • For quantities less than 24 bottles: if the customer is absent when the delivery person arrives, the package will be automatically placed in the nearest UPS locker and will be available for one week.
   • WITH CARRIER AT HOME: If the package is present, you must report it immediately to the carrier, return the package, then contact us. Another one will be sent to you.
4. Return product
   • If the customer wishes to return the products without giving a reason, the transport costs are entirely their responsibility. The amount of the products (not the transport costs) will be reimbursed as soon as the products are returned to the domain in perfect condition.
   • The customer has a period of 14 days from the day of delivery to decide on their desire to withdraw the product (by telephone or email). From receipt of the withdrawal decision, the customer has 14 days to send the goods in perfect condition.
   • If there is an irrefutable problem with the wines and other products, an amicable agreement between the estate and the customer will be found.
5. Drive-through collection
   • The customer must pick up the wines within 15 days. After this period: their order will be canceled and the customer will be refunded 95% of the value including tax of the order.
6. Vintage
   • If the vintage displayed on the internet is exhausted, we will automatically replace it with the following vintage, if the customer does not want a change of vintage, this must be specified in the order comments.
7. Non-contractual photo
   • The photo presenting the products is non-contractual, the choice of wine is. The label and bottle format displayed online may be different from that delivered if we have changed the label/bottle lot in the meantime. Your choice of wine will, of course, be the same.
8. French VAT
   • Prices displayed are all taxes included
   • French VAT 20% for wines and derived products
   • French VAT 5.5% for grape juice and cold meats
9. Personal information
   • Information about you is necessary to process your request and manage our commercial relations. In accordance with the law of 06/01/1978, you have a right of access, rectification, and opposition to information concerning you (you just need to write to us indicating your name, first name and address).
10. Visit and tasting
    • If WE need to change the time and/or date:
      As soon as you make your reservation, if we are unable to welcome you at the desired time and date = we will inform you to offer you a solution that suits you.
      In the case mentioned above, if we unfortunately cannot reach an agreement on a new time, and we are obliged to cancel your visit → we will refund your reservation in full.

    • Conditions for cancellation, change of date or change in the number of participants:
      > 96 hours before the date = 95% refund
      Between 96 hours and 48 hours before the date = 50% refund
      Cancellation the day before or the day = no refund
    • Reservation and payment for the “Discovery of the vines” or the “Comprehensive” visit BEFORE agreeing on the day and time: reimbursement of 95% of the amount involved
11. DISPUTE – CONSUMER MEDIATION
    1. In the event of a dispute between the Client and the company, they will endeavor to resolve it amicably (the Client will send a written complaint to the professional or, where applicable, to the Customer Relations Department of the professional).
       In the absence of an amicable agreement or in the absence of a response from the professional within a reasonable period of one (1) month, the consumer Customer within the meaning of article L.133-4 of the Consumer Code has the possibility of contact, free of charge, if a disagreement persists, the competent mediator registered on the list of mediators established by the Commission for the Evaluation and Control of Consumer Mediation in application of Article L.615-1 of the Consumer Code, to know :
